We have been involved since the beginning and, as you know, the crowds on Jericho Turnpike grow larger each year. The village has authorized an expansion of the fair for several blocks which will increase the fair's notoriety. ATTENTION VENDORS:

Stewart Manor / Covert Avenue street fair has been added to our family of fine street fairs. We are happy and proud to have been appointed as the organizers of this event. We assure all of our vendors that we will have extensive advertising and are determined to make this event one of the premiere events in Nassau County. Please join us!

This is the eleventh year Ron & Tony will be involved in this widely successful show which draws over 30,000 people. ATTENTION VENDORS:

PAYMENT POLICY:
If full payment is received at least two weeks before date of the fair, charge for your space is as stated on your contract. If full payment is received within the two-week period prior to the date of the fair, there is an extra $10.00 fee charged for each space. If full payment is made on the day of the fair, there is an extra $25.00 fee charged for each space.
REQUEST FOR SPACE POLICY:
Any request for "END" or "CORNER" spaces, even if a vendor previously had this space for this fair in a prior year, will be honored if, and only if, an additional $25.00 is paid upon submitting a signed contract and making full payment for your space. All such requests are subject to availability. If the additional $25.00 is paid and your request cannot be honored, it will be refunded.
NO EXCLUSIVITY POLICY:
There shall be no exclusivity granted to any vendor as to any craft/product/or resale merchandise.
RAIN POLICY - IF A FAIR IS CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER:
If there is a rain date provided for a fair and the fair is held that day, but a vendor does not show for the fair, no refund and no credit memo will be issued. If there is no rain date provided for a fair, no cash refunds will be issued. Only credit memos will be issued for use at any of our fairs this year or the following year.
